Day 3

This workout is a simple example of an EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). This is just one exercise that we are going to repeat every time the one minute timer goes off. This workout is all about Snatches but if you feel like your Snatch still needs work feel free to substitute with Clean & Press. Like any of these workouts they can always be modified with more reps or more sets. EMOMs are a great way of pushing your heart rate to the max.
